Hereford Beef is The Stables Farm Shop and Café’s beef of choice. They rear their own Hereford Beef on the farm and it is always hung and aged for 28 days to give you the best possible flavour. Head butcher Lewis Babakgan is 23 years old, making him the youngest butcher in the West Midlands. He’s also a fantastic cook which makes The Stables Farm shop the perfect place to pick up your Hereford Beef and a new recipe or two.
Roast Hereford Beef Dinners
The Stables Farm Shop is open all week, plus there is a café on site, tractor rides and a chance to see the farm animals. Their cooked Sunday roasts are extremely popular and on October 19 and November 19 the roast dish of the day will be beef. The Sunday Dinner is always a busy time so you’re recommended to phone and book in advance to avoid disappointment. Why not book the family in for a treat and get someone else to cook for you.
Halloween Spooktacular
The Halloween Spooktacular runs between October 25 and 31st from 10am-4pm and there’s plenty of activities planned to keep the children entertained. Check the website for more details. You can also follow The Stables Farm Shop on Facebook and Twitter.
