We’ve awarded Chop Block the title of retailer of the month because they are dedicated to bringing their guests the finest steaks and burgers. Dave Patten from Chop Bloc told us, “We serve Hereford beef supplied by Dunbia Sawley. We have a long established relationship with Dunbia and approached them to supply Chop Bloc when we were in the initial planning stages. Our background is in the wholesale meat business, my brother and I previously worked for Hilton meats and Dunbia and our father founded the Hilton Food Group.”
