Treberfedd Farm is the home to the Aeron herd of rare breed Hereford cattle. They currently home 35 pedigree cows along with young livestock and bulls. They are dedicated to helping preserve the traditional Hereford breed with a little help from the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.
Recently Treberfedd Farm was announced as the winner of the 2014 Soil Association Awards in the Best Organic Places to Stay category by gathering more than 11,000 votes from the public. The farm is the only business in Wales to pick up any awards.
Guests visiting Treberfedd Farm from 2015 onwards can enjoy a delightful stay at the brand new Hobbit Houses. Guests will be spoilt with incredible views down the valley and stay under in the eco-friendly Hobbit Houses with their grass roofs. You’ll find comfortable armchairs and wood fired stoves to ensure you remain cosy, whatever the weather. You’ll also find free Wi-Fi so you’re able to remain connected if you wish to be. There are also a choice of cottages to stay in if you prefer a bit more stretching room.
