Our Steak and Bearnaise sauce takes just 15 minutes to cook. It’s the ideal alternative to a full on roast if you don’t want to spend a long time in the kitchen. The recipe serves two and it’s perfect with home-made chunky chips. You’ll need 2 lean sirloin steaks, but it also suits rib eye and rump steak perfectly.
