Breakfast Burgers
Here’s a great recipe from the Food Network, beef burgers for breakfast! Ask your butcher or visit one of these fine retailers and look for some lean Hereford mince beef. Dad’s Minute Steak with Golden Onions
We found this recipe on BBC Good Food and it looks and sounds amazing. If you try this beef recipe please come and tell us how it tastes over on Twitter (Tweet @HerefordBeefUK) or on the official Hereford Beef Facebook page. You’ll need some stripped sandwich Hereford Beef steaks (ask your butcher to help), some thick bread, garlic butter, Dijon mustard, muscovado sugar, soy sauce, onions and red wine. BBQ Beef Short Ribs
You don’t need sunshine to enjoy some delicious barbecue food and these beef short ribs by Jamie Oliver are scrumptious come rain or shine. Ask your butcher for 2 x 1.5 kg beef short ribs and you’ll also need to check your kitchen cupboards for other ingredients such as: Worcestershire sauce, pickled onions, English mustard, a bottle of stout and yellow beetroot. Find the whole list of ingredients and method here.
