You can’t go wrong when serving up delicious Hereford roast beef and all the trimmings. If you want to treat your mum to a lighter, sophisticated lunch, we recommend these delightful mini salt beef bagels. Make the bagels with slices of Hereford roast beef , mix wholegrain mustard with some crème fraiche to spread on the bagel and top with some pickled radishes and some freshly ground pepper.
